Shant Hovnanian
Managing Director, CEO & Chairman
Shant Hovnanian has been Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Speedus Corp. since 1991. Under the leadership of Mr. Hovnanian, Speedus was recognized by the FCC as the pioneer of the broadband wireless service. Mr. Hovnanian has served as a U.S. State Department Delegate to the World Radio Conference of the International Telecommunications Union in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to joining Speedus, Mr. Hovnanian served as a Managing Director of the V. S. Hovnanian Group, a real estate interest comprised of land development, home building, mortgage banking and private utility operating companies. Mr. Hovnanian received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
David Wilkerson
Managing Director, Chief Technology Officer
Dave Wilkerson brings more than 27 years of experience to Density Dynamics with an engineering foundation in a wide range of technologies, including storage technologies, satellite communications, and data networking. Mr. Wilkerson spent 20 years of his career at Hughes Network Systems ( HNS ) in jobs ranging from design engineer to Director of R&D to Vice President. In addition to HNS, Mr. Wilkerson worked at Texas Instruments, Orion Network Systems, Nortel Networks, and Hatteras Networks and has consulted widely on new technology development in the communications and computing markets.
Ali Shadman
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Ali Shadman is responsible for defining corporate strategy and for helping execute against the company's revenue and profitability targets. Mr. Shadman has over 22 years of experience covering the spectrum of computing from large mainframes to today’s multi-tier, distributed systems in a variety of capacities including corporate strategy, marketing, and business development. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer for Unisys, Systems and Technology Group. Mr. Shadman's career spans many recognized companies including Microsoft where he helped customers develop large scale applications using Microsoft’s innovative products.
